How do I send my files?

After we discuss beginning details, I will be sending you a file request from Dropbox. This file request will prompt you to a folder in which will allow you to import up to 50 GB worth of content. If a file request is unavailable, I will then prompt you to upload via WeTransfer.

How and when should I pay?

All payments will be processed by PayPal. You should be able to pay by any major credit/debit card. As for when should you pay, I typically leave that up to the client, but under the choices of Pay immediately or pay half now and half later. Paying half now is mostly paying to start the service.

How long will the mixing take?

Projects vary in size, and mixing is extremely nuanced. For one song or two songs, I could assume maybe a solid two weeks. The two weeks includes multiple “prints” being sent to you, your critiques, and me fulfilling those critiques. How many critiques you have is mostly however long the mixing will continue to go on for. For larger projects, I’ve turned projects around in a solid month. As mentioned, it’s extremely nuanced, but if you have a deadline, I try to work tightly to what your deadline commands.

How can I keep track of my files?

I mostly work exclusively through Dropbox. Clients who also use Dropbox are able to sync with their project folder, and get updates much faster. So I recommend a paid Dropbox account to stay in touch, however, a paid account is not a necessity. If you are a free Dropbox user, you will still be able to view the folder that I send you titled “prints”. There is a web verion of Dropbox including a app version. I do recommend the app, but if you’re a web browser (or mobile web browser) that should be fine as well.

I send mixes in the following naming convention:
